This Bamboo Charcoal Black Mask is a carbon black full-face mask used to remove acne on the forehead, nose, chin, blackheads, and fine facial hair. The super-active carbonated mask allows deep cleansing, leaving you fresh, clog-free skin with an ultra-soft touch.

1) Apply on a dry and cleansed face.
2) Take the appropriate amount and spread it evenly across the whole face or specific area of concern (avoiding eyes, lips, and eyebrows area).
3) Wait for 15 to 30 minutes until the mask is completely dry.
4) You can start peeling off the mask gently from the bottom slowly.
5) Follow your daily skincare routine.
Disclaimer: For dry skin type it's recommended to apply moisturizing lotion/toner before the mask.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our shipping carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the country where our fulfillment center is located.

If you want to get a refund/exchange, our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-sealable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
