Can choose a special brush cleaning agent, or use the nature of gentle washing products (such as baby shampoo) for cleaning. When using the brush cleaner, squeeze out a one-yuan coin-sized cleanser and apply it to the soaked brush, gently rub it and rinse with cold water.
Do not wash against hair:
1) After cleaning, gently press the bristles with tissue paper or a cotton pad to let the water drain out quickly. Remember not to twist the bristles, resulting in loose structure or even hair removal.
2) After the control of dry water, can be the makeup brush hanging up, let the brush hair down natural air dry. Do not use a hot blower or put it in the sun to avoid damage to the material

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our shipping carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the country where our fulfillment center is located.
Processing times may sometimes take 2-4 business days* to process after placing an order before shipping out, although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Packages undeliverable by our international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

If you want to get a refund/exchange, our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

The returned item must be sent to the address we will provide.
Please note that all items must be returned in a sealable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-sealable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
