✔ Hyaluronic hydra-gel eye patches. Small molecule hyaluronic acid enhances the vitality of the skin around the eyes. The eye skin is moist and elastic.
✔ Retinol hydra-gel eye patches. Golden anti-aging retinol ingredient, which stimulates the production of collagen, helps to tighten the eye area, anti-wrinkle, and fade fine lines.
✔ Vitamin C hydra-gel eye patches. Contains highly-active small molecule vitamin C, resists oxidation, removes dark circles, and brightens the skin around the eyes.
✔ Gold black pearl hydra-gel eye patches. Contains the essence of black pearl, nourishes eye skin, reduces puffiness, tightens eye skin, removing eye bags.
1) Use the small shovel inbox to pick up the eye mask, and apply it to the desired area. Relaxing for 10-15 minutes.
2) After taking it off, gently pat the skin area to promote the essence to fully absorb. 2-3 times a week, or based on the situation of yourself.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our shipping carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the country where our fulfillment center is located.
Processing times may sometimes take 2-4 business days* to process after placing an order before shipping out, although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Packages undeliverable by our international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

We are customer first company, and we strive to provide best quality products with seamless experience for you, but sometimes things happen, so if there is anything wrong with the items that you have received, we will do our best to fix it and make sure you are satisfied.
If you want to get a refund/exchange, our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

Please note that all items must be returned in a sealable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-sealable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
