How to Use:

2) Prepare the ice globes. Take the ice globes from the freezer and ensure they are thoroughly frozen. If necessary, you can wrap them in a thin cloth or plastic bag to provide a barrier between the ice and your skin.

3) Apply a serum or moisturizer (optional). If desired, apply a lightweight facial serum or moisturizer to your face. The cold temperature of the ice globes can enhance the absorption and effectiveness of these products.

4) Start rolling. Begin by gently rolling the ice globes over your skin in upward and outward motions. Start from the center of your face, such as the forehead or cheeks, and move towards the outer areas. Use light pressure and ensure smooth and continuous movements.

5) Complete the routine. After you finish using the ice globes, you can either rinse your face with cool water or simply let the remaining serum or moisturizer absorb into your skin.

If you want to get a refund/exchange, our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

The returned item must be sent to the address we will provide.

Please note that all items must be returned in a sealable condition:

Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-sealable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

Cancelling Before Shipment
