How to Use:
1) Prepare the waxing area. Ensure that the skin is clean, dry, and free from oils, lotions, or sweat. It's best to exfoliate the area beforehand to remove any dead skin cells and allow for better hair grip.
2) Heat the wax beans. Place the desired amount of wax beans into a wax machine or warmer. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to heat the wax beans to the recommended temperature. Typically, a medium-heat setting is suitable.
3) Test the temperature. Before applying the wax, perform a small patch test on a small area of your skin to check the temperature. The wax should be warm but not uncomfortably hot. Adjust the temperature accordingly.
4) Apply the wax. Using a spatula or wooden applicator, apply a thin, even layer of melted wax in the direction of hair growth. Ensure the wax is applied in manageable sections, as this will make the removal process easier.
5) Apply a waxing strip. Immediately after applying the wax, place a waxing strip or cloth strip over the wax, pressing it firmly onto the skin. Leave a small portion of the strip unattached for easy gripping during removal.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our shipping carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the country where our fulfillment center is located.
Packages undeliverable by our international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-sealable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
