1) Heat wax pellets in a regular wax heater or in a glass bowl in the microwave or over hot water and heat them to a working temperature.
2) Using a spatula, spread a layer of wax onto the area to be treated against the direction of hair growth. (Make sure the wax is not too hot)
3) Allow a short period to cool and then holding the skin taut, remove the wax with a firm action against the direction of hair growth.
Tip: When applying this wax leave the edges slightly thicker for easy removal. Before the wax is removed, tap it a couple of times to check it has set and is ready to be removed.
Disclaimer: It is recommended to perform a patch test to ensure your skin can handle wax temperature and calm redness after waxing with a moisturizer.

2: Do not apply wax over cuts, burns, or wounds.
3: Be sure to clean the machine before the wax solidifies.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our shipping carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the country where our fulfillment center is located.
Processing times may sometimes take 2-4 business days* to process after placing an order before shipping out, although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Packages undeliverable by our international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-sealable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
