Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with national recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.


What does this mean for you?

  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally orders can sometimes take 2-4 business days* to process after placing an order before shipping out, although currently those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our shipping carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the country where our fulfillment center is located.

Packages undeliverable by our international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

We are customer first company, and we strive to provide best quality products with seamless experience for you, but sometimes things happen, so if there is anything wrong with the items that you have received, we will do our best to fix it and make sure you are satisfied.

If you want to get a refund/exchange, our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

The returned item must be sent to the address we will provide.

Please note that all items must be returned in a sealable condition:

Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-sealable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

Cancelling Before Shipment
