3x Y-shape Perming Brushes
1x bottle of Cleanser agent (5ml)
1x bottle of Perming agent (5ml)
1x bottle of Fixation agent (5ml)
1x bottle of Nutrition agent (5ml)
1x bottle of Perming glue (5ml)
1) Clean your eyelash.
2) Put the suitable lift pads on the upward side of an eyelash, then apply the glue on the eyelash to keep it stuck on the pads for 1-2 minutes.
3) Use the perm agent by brush and wait for about 8-12 minutes, then use the fixation agent in the same way.
4) Use the nutrition agent to nourish eyelashes, and finally use the cleanser agent to clean off all the perm residue for a professional look.
Disclaimer: If you couldn't glue the lashes on the lift pad well, in order to ensure the stickiness of the glue, please wait for about 30 seconds after applying it to the lift pad.

Packages undeliverable by our international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

We are customer first company, and we strive to provide best quality products with seamless experience for you, but sometimes things happen, so if there is anything wrong with the items that you have received, we will do our best to fix it and make sure you are satisfied.
If you want to get a refund/exchange, our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.

Please note that all items must be returned in a sealable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-sealable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
